About Us

THE MANUAL 4 LIFE contains one perspective or philosophy of Life–more specifically, it contains our philosophy. We don’t claim it to be superior to other philosophies, only different and somewhat unique in its approach. It came about as a result of observation, study, and our own personal journeys searching for the meaning of Life. It pulls from both ancient and modern disciplines, such as Alchemy, Hermetics, Theosophy, Meditation, Yoga, and Taoism. As we began applying and integrating what we discovered, we found that it had a profound impact on our lives, and we searched for more.

We then organized and developed our findings into a systematic, logical methodology. We began sharing our perspective with friends and acquaintances and discovered that they also found it to be very helpful. As we continued to share, we also continued to test and refine what we developed. Sharing led to coaching, which led to teaching, as many of the people we were working with wanted to learn more. Our coaching and teaching were born out of our enthusiasm for sharing and not a desire to coach or teach. 

With overwhelming encouragement from others, we finally decided to produce this Manual so that we could document what we discovered and share it with a larger audience. Many people have found our methods helpful. It is our sincere intent that you will too.

 

Edwardo Rosso is one of the Co-Author of "The Manual 4 Life Philosophy.

Edwardo has been interested in helping people to overcome challenges and expand on their experiences since he was in high school. His passion for health, fitness, and personal transformation led him to study, learn, explore many avenues in the field of self-development, always seeking for the most effective process to achieve a result, his passion fueled him with all the energy needed to always seek, search for all that is possible to help others. In his own words, he says: “I love to combine my understanding of the meaning of life with my love for others which leads me to embrace Empathy and Contribution”.

Expectations

What to Expect

In therapy we will discuss your problems and how they are currently affecting you. In doing so, offer you techniques to help you to learn a new set of behaviours, and help you to practice this new skill until it has become embedded. You’ll also be given helpful “homework” in the form of practicing your new skills. In the process, you should experience an improvement in your symptoms. The goal of CBT is a relatively rapid improvement and the cessation of therapy within 16 weeks, but each case is unique and the duration may vary from person to person.
